今天，我遞交了一張申請表：我也要加入工人新村南村街道朝霞服務(wù)隊。
Today, I submitted my application to join the Zhaoxia Volunteer Service Team of Gongrenxincun Nancun Sub-district Office.
第一次知道朝霞服務(wù)隊，是碰到了鄰居老宋。
I first learned about the Zhaoxia Volunteer Service Team when I met my neighbor, Mr. Song.
那天早上，我邊鍛煉邊看著老宋他們仔仔細細地撿拾河邊的垃圾，心里還挺感動的。其實服務(wù)隊都是社區(qū)里的老面孔、熱心人，平均年齡得有60多歲了，他們本來是熱衷于健步走的隊伍，聽說出于對西工商河的愛護，就自發(fā)成立了專業(yè)的護河志愿服務(wù)隊。
That morning, while working out, I observed Mr. Song and his companions carefully collecting litter along the riverbank. It deeply moved me. The service team comprises familiar community members, all passionate individuals, with an average age of over 60. Initially, they were a group of brisk walking enthusiasts, but I heard that due to their deep concern for the Xigongshang River, they spontaneously established a professional river conservation squad.
炎熱的天氣，志愿者們熱情絲毫不減，西工商河在他們的努力下，變得越來越干凈。在南村生活了30多年，西工商河也變成了我生活的一部分，如果多一個人守護，我們南村會不會更好、更美呢？
Despite the scorching heat, these volunteers are as enthusiastic as ever, and thanks to their efforts, the Xigongshang River is getting cleaner day by day. I have lived in Nancun for over 30 years, and the Xigongshang River has also become a part of my life. If more people were to join in its preservation, wouldn't our Nancun become even better and more beautiful?
今天，我也成為了朝霞服務(wù)隊的一員。我們一起，服務(wù)鄰里，服務(wù)社區(qū)，用愛和責任守護美麗家園。
Today, I became a member of the Zhaoxia Volunteer Service Team. Together, we're on a mission to serve our neighbors, serve the community, and protect our beautiful home with love and a sense of responsibility.
